Hello, and thanks for getting to know me!

I’m Sandra Giudici MBA, CDFA®, ChSNC® and as an Associate Certified Financial Planner and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® professional, I am dedicated to helping clients prepare for and lead financially secure lives, especially when facing life’s transitions. I’m committed to delivering excellence and exceeding your expectations.

Divorce is complex, with or without children, early or late in a marriage. As a solutions-oriented finance and consulting solopreneur, I help you simplify the process and turn complex divorce financial issues into actionable, informed decisions and strategies.

Modeling different prospective scenarios for your decision-making enables more informed projections and outcomes. My approach is to listen to you carefully, probe thoughtfully, model effectively, and deliver long-term customized strategies that enable strong financial footing after divorce. Every individual is unique and every divorce is unique. I help you achieve the outcome everyone wants—equitably dividing assets and reducing the uncertainty of your financial future.

My goal is to lower your anxiety and concerns about divorce finances so you can gain clarity and make sound decisions. Although I’m a numbers person, logical, practical and focused on results, I’m empathetic to the emotions that run tsunami-like during divorce. Listening, understanding, patience, and compassion are hallmarks of my approach. But my fiduciary responsibility is your financial well being. Through my approach, I strive to help you navigate through the emotional distractions so that you may approach your divorce efficiently, effectively, and productively, enabling you to preserve your family wealth and achieve a positive financial outcome.

One of my biggest impacts is working with clients to help them navigate and plan for the financial complexities that arise as a result of divorce transition. I work closely with my clients to identify what your financial goals are and then preparing creative settlement proposals and settlement options, as well as accompanying financial plan and strategy for post-divorce. This includes cash flow analysis, tax planning, estate planning, risk management and retirement planning.

I am affiliated with Hello Divorce mediating as a CDFA® financial neutral in both California and Michigan. As a Collaborative Practice® financial professional, I team with attorneys and mental health professionals to provide another alternative to mediation and litigation through Collaborative Divorce.

In addition to working a high concentration of high net worth clients, one of my specialties is navigating divorce with a special needs child. I earned the Chartered Special Needs Consultant® designation through the American College of Financial Services. As a mom of a special needs child, I can empathize with your concerns and financial planning needs. I’ve helped many clients and family law attorneys navigate special needs planning for minor and adult children in divorce circumstances.

Finally, I am honored to provide pro bono financial literacy to women as a consultant with Savvy Ladies, Inc. non-profit.

I earned my B.S. in Management, magna cum laude, from Oakland University and my M.B.A. from Ross Business School at the University of Michigan. I’m most passionate about faith and family. My greatest achievements are my adult children, and when raising them dedicated time volunteering for school, extracurricular and community activities. Lover of all things musical, I especially appreciate classical music, ballet, and operas in addition to Broadway musicals. In my leisure time, I cook, play pickleball, workout, enjoy the outdoors, or watch movies and docu-dramas especially those set in the Middle Ages-1900 period.  I am a novice golfer and wish that the stock market’s annual ROI was frequently as high as my handicap.
